1. Acceptance of these terms
By using ResizeDock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ResizeDock provides
ResizeDock provides browser-based image tools and informational pages for tasks such as changing pixel dimensions, aspect ratios, physical photo sizes, output formats and file-size targets. Features may be added, removed or changed over time.
3. Browser-based processing
For tools identified as browser-based, image processing happens on your device. Future tools may require server-side or third-party processing; those tools will identify that behavior before the file is sent.
4. Your images and content
You retain any rights you already have in images or other content you use with ResizeDock. ResizeDock does not obtain ownership of your image merely because you process it with a browser-based tool.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and process the content you select, and that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ResizeDock to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the website.
- Probe, bypass or defeat security or access controls.
- Use automated systems in a way that materially harms availability for other users.
- Misrepresent ResizeDock as your own service or product.
6. Output accuracy and external requirements
ResizeDock is designed to verify the properties it can measure, such as dimensions, aspect ratio, format and file size. A valid ResizeDock output is not a guarantee that an external website, government form, print provider or other third party will accept the file. External services may apply additional requirements that ResizeDock does not control.
7. Back up original files
Keep your original image before editing or replacing a file. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for your use.
8. Availability
ResizeDock may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Intellectual property
ResizeDock branding, website design, original text, interface code and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute the service itself except as allowed by law.
10. Third-party services
ResizeDock may link to or rely on third-party services for hosting, email, analytics, security or other functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. No warranty
ResizeDock is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or acceptance of an output by a third party.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ResizeDock and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of data, reliance on an output, or inability to access the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use of ResizeDock after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@resizedock.com.
